VGA 1, 2, and 3 are red, green, blue, respectively.

The first switch of each group gets red, the second green, the third blue.

The first group goes to red, output, second blue output, third blue output.

The diagram shows red going to red, blue going to blue, green going to green. If you want to combine all inputs to form a grayscale output, flip all switches closed.
